Ethical Statement

As a photographer, I am dedicated to bridging the gap of otherness with relatability and empathy.

My role when collaborating with people from various communities is to create a space where they can share, create and explore their own ideas.

I will not photograph others in situations where I don't see my loved ones being photographed.

Whenever possible I will give back to the community where I work in.

My work will not seek to benefit from portraying other people's vulnerabilities, if the work is to be published it would be done so when the person/community wants it to reach a wider audience, themselves. A situation where they might want it to help them bring social justice (not awards for "me" the photographer!)

Anyone I photograph will know where, why, and when the work will be published, the reason for the creation of the image and where they can find it.
